Fantastic - Friendly and Fair

Friendly customer service and communications. Very user friendly interface in the app. Fair credit limits and rates and regular review of affordability / credit limit etc. Useful features in the app including option to freeze, pin details a texts to too up balance to avoid any over limit fees. Quick, simple and fair.

I was really impressed by the quick initial assessment process and the simplicity and clarity of the whole procedure, not jargonistic and much more layman terms. The mobile app is all very user friendly and a fantastic interface. The credit limit is fair and unlike other credit cards for the sub prime cohort, Zopa don't throw money at you as soon as you clear your credit Reviewed on: 5th March 2023
