Improvement Needed for Joint and Personal Accounts

I have held several joint accounts with RCI bank for many years. The website is intuitive and easy to use. Both verbal and written communication is excellent and interest rates are competitive when compared with other banks and investment institutions. My only criticism is that you are only permitted to nominate one transaction account. This means that if you hold a joint account, you cannot open a personal account and fund this account using a personal or different transaction account to the one already allocated when you opened the previous account. This contrasts to a lot of other investment organisations which permit a different transaction account to be nominated for each product or investment opened. I became aware of this problem when I tried to open a personal account a few months ago. I was unable to continue with the application as RCI confirmed that I would only be able to fund this account using the transaction account assigned to the other joint accounts which would be impractical and not what I wanted to do.
