I haven't used customer service lately..ease of use of app and it's clear to see...simplicity....would like a cheque paying in feature tho...but apart from that all seems good...ideally I would.love towns to have high street banks..and face to face contact ...loan facility would be good for the future...maybe a video call to a manager..because I feel the personal experience has disappeared...with digital banks...apart from that zempler has been so far a good bank. I have to date so far have had great experience had a problem with a seller from China.. a few years ago PayPal got my money back....app is so clear and easy to use....always kept notified as well. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024
