TOP CLASS PERSONAL SERVICE

EXCELLENT SERVICE , ON THE VERY FEW OCCASIONS THAT I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT CASHPLUS BANK GUESS WHAT ? A REAL HUMAN BEING ANSWERS THE PHONE !!! STRAIGHT THROUGH AND VERY HELPFUL TO BOOT . EASY TO USE APP AND I AM KEPT UP TO DATE WITH ALL TRANSACTIONS . I MOVED TO CASHPLUS AS A TEMPORARY SOLUTION WHEN I GOT FED UP WITH MY NATWEST BANK ( WHO ARE USELESS ) IMPERSONAL AND LEFT ME FEELING LIKE A ONE LEGGED MAN IN AN ARSE KICKING COMPETITION. I NOW HAVE MOVED MY BUSINESS AND PRIVATE ACCOUNT TO CASHPLUS . WHICH SAYS IT ALL . Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

OVERALL JUST HASTLE FREE BANKING

I have been with Cashplus now for 3 years after loosing faith with my local highstreet bank ( Who are completely usless by the way) . I find Cashplus hastle free and easy to use, the App is fantastic and Customer Services ? Well what can I say ? On the couple of rare occasions where I have had to contact Customer Services - Guess What ? You actually get to speak to a REAL PERSON straight away !!! Yes overall great servcie and so far Highly recommendable . Reviewed on: 6th March 2023
