Have frozen my business account for 6 months

Cashplus have frozen my business account for 6 months and have been telling me to submit ID, then not reviewing it, telling me to submit it again, still not reviewing it. It was only last month I found out about 5 or 6 different employees were telling me the wrong email address. Managed to speak to a manager 'Callum' who told us wrong information and we are still awaiting our account to be unfrozen. As a small business this is HUGELY damaging and we almost didn't have enough money to pay staff. No one knows what they are talking about and you get different information every time you talk to someone. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
