Works Perfectly

Having set up my Kinetic account I have had no issues whatsoever. I control everything through the app and have only had to contact the bank once since opening the account. This was due to me forgetting my pin number and there being no facility to check the number through the app. I was unable to use my card for a few days until a reminder turned up by post, but a very minor niggle as it was me that forgot the number.
