The app does not work

I came to Kinetic for my business as it looked a great option and app. However it has not worked properly ever!! Been on their chat numerous times and been told it’s been looked at by the tech team. However it still doesn’t work months on.. I cannot download statement or transactions at all! It’s rubbish! Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
