Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

Must try harder.

For the biggest bank in the world, with all their money and a humongous IT budget, the HSBC Kinetic app is rubbish and it's been out a while with little or no updates or fixes to problems even after reporting issues and givinfg sugestions, so, not taking on customer feedback. Not all transactions show up, mu Kinetic account doesn't tally with my accounts It doesn't show a anualy projection or 6 month income/outgoings, this was in the 'old' app, so why not a new spangily app? When scrolling payees, it decides to flick between the keyboard making it very difficult to select, they also decided to remove some of payees, however it's really easy to find their details again and add them to a mobile app when I'm 'mobile'. thanks. It's worse than the app, but HSBC decided to remove the abililty to downgrade back to the old app, thanks. Hope you lose spectacularly, HSBC. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
