Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

Expensive with little benefits

They charge you £6.50 a month for an account and you’re left with no choice but to pay it. Also I had been a part of an APP scam and they weren’t very helpful in returning my money. The payment was made in 2 parts and one was through Santander bank. Luckily the recovered the money for me but HSBC were useless at this. I even sent them a letter from Santander to show they were able to help and still no help from HSBC. Otherwise they are an okay bank. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
