Good Account, but Average Customer Service

It is difficult to get in touch with anyone to discuss issues. I have been wanting to download my transactions in csv format so my accountant can use them for tax purposes, but despite many attempts to get in touch to discuss, and many attempts to send messages, I have had little reply and have had to get some Accounting software which I have to pay for to do this.
