Like First Direct, but snazzier!

I didn’t think you could beat First Direct for its edge over the rest of UK banking, but HSBC Kinetic app has done just that. From security to brand look and feel. I’ve yet to speak to a Kinetic human, but maybe that’s the point! Come on First Direct, keep up! You’re not Midland Bank! Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
