Does a job, but room for improvement

The basic functionality is ok, but it has its limitations. Appreciate it is for mobile, but there are still occasions when you need to logon via computer and the functionality of the website is limited. Via the app, connecting to Xero can only be done through Chrome; Savings accounts do not sync with Xero; not all statements are shown / downloadable. Customer support has been pretty good in resolving issues. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
