Prudential - Is anyone there ???

I have been trying to contact prudential since 9/2/23 as i was assured money from my retirement policy would be transferred into my account as soon as i emailed ID, I also waited 13 days to receive the paper work to release money from my personal pension scheme. The monies have been taken out of both accounts on or before 1/3/23 i cannot get a response from Prudential either by email - we "hope" to deal with your query as quickly as possible (email sent every day since 3/3/23), ...
