Not once have I managed to get through to Aegon. I'm currently trying to sort out all my pension pots, I've got hold of three pension providers on the phone, easily! Aegon is something else. I've written to them, no response. I've emailed them only for them to refer ne back to their website. I won't be putting another penny into this scheme.
