Making Mortgages Easy

There are bunch of well-known online-only brokers now. I picked Habito based on their decent reviews online. I did find the style of contact a bit annoying sometimes as the chat window is tiny, but the staff on my case were good and quick at answering questions so the only real hassle was scrolling up and down. I didn't hear anything back after uploading my final docs for a couple of weeks, so I chased my caseworker via chat, she replied minutes later and said she'd escalate it with the lender. The lender must be terrified of her because the next day I got my mortgage offer! I wouldn't hesitate to use Habito again, and would absolutely recommend to others. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
