Super helpful and customer focused

I love that you can go into a Metro Bank branch and see real people who want to deal with you and give you outstanding customer service, rather than a soul-less empty room with one member of staff who is running around like a headless chicken that I see in th branch of another international bank where I have my current account. Metro Bank are fun, easy to deal with and they like their customers rather than holding them at arm’s length like other banks do. Well done Metro Bank! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
