Horrendous

Due to the sudden and unexpected death of my husband I have been dealing with a number of financial institutions, HSBC are by far the worst. Disrespectful, unhelpful and slow at a time when things could not be worse. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

In the recent months I have had to deal with a number of financial institutions Metro Bank were wonderfu, .professional, helpful, understanding and respectful. Instructions were clear and precise.
