Disgusting customer service!

Disgusting customer service! Open account, transfer money from my own account, now account closed for security checks over 3 weeks, they keep saying reviewing documents!! Looks like I lost £2,000 as no help from customer service as well! Worst experience! will report to FCA Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
