Polite Efficiency Every Day

Metro Bank has always responded positively and promptly with any queries. Any concerns are carefully explained . The bank provides old fashioned courteous service that reminds me how British Banking used to be 30 years ago. Treating customers as individuals is a winning formula. Long may it continue!
