Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

This bank is open when u need it.

Metro bank is the best bank in the UK. This bank works for its customers because it is open after you leave work and open at the weekend. It makes business and personal banking stress free because its opening hours recognise that most people work between 9-5pm on weekdays, so would not be able to access in person banking. Many a times u need to go into the bank to sort out online banking errors etc. This bank is 100% customer friendly. This bank thinks outside the box. The staff are always helpful and professional. Even over the phone the staff are very helpful. This bank is disability user friendly. I have dyslexia and I have to pop in every now and then, this bank service is what all banks should aspire to.
