Consistently first rate

Been a customer for 25 years. Despite incentives to switch, I've never felt the need. Consistently first rate telephone and internet banking. It's how banking should be. Only gripe is that they could reward loyalty rather than bribing new customers to join with their cash incentive (ie pay better interest on savings. The regular saver is just a headline grabber!). Just don't keep large balances with them and enjoy the service. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Always answer the phone (no long holds). Very helpful & pleasant and invariably any queries get resolved quickly and effectively. Great communications & clarity. Very much geared to the customers needs. Not top paying (in terms of interest) but competitive and responsive to BOE rate changes. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
