A Real Bank

Metro Bank has the attitude and values of old style banking. By this I mean the Customer is important to them, valued and treated with respect. Being able to talk to real people in the branch to resolve queries rather than waiting for hours on the phone sets them apart from other banks. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
