Extremely poor customer service

Every email during the claim stage took weeks to get any reply on, the updates were then basic at best. All emails were sent via an encrypted email through a third party software which only let you save the email as HTML or EML file, not a regular PDF, meaning they were a file format not supported by a lot of other companies, including the FSCS who I ended up having to go to when Royal London rejected my claim. I would not recommend the company at all, their products and services are extremely poor. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Fantastic products and easy to use

PayPal is an easy company to use, both online and via app. Makes it easier to make payments online which are safe and secure, easy log ins which are quick but secure, and the pay in 3 option is great for spreading the cost of a purchase at no extra cost - which is vital at times like these where costs are high for everything. Fantastic products and service

I am exceptionally happy with my instant access cash ISA from metro bank as not only is it easy to wrap my head around, and update via their app, but I get regular emails with any changes relevant to it (and worded in plain English for a change, not all technical jargon)! I also love that the branches are open 7 days a week and till late, as I work a 9-5 job, so a branch closing at 5 would be useless! Also a bit fan of their coin counting machines in branch, which save me a lot of time as I no longer need to individually sort and bag up my coins! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
