I have never had a problem with starling bank it's great that I can pay cheques in using the phone app and when I have needed customer service chat online they have always helped me with any queries. It is great that after every transaction I get a text message which is very secure meaning if somebody uses my card I can block the card immediately. Also it is great that I can check all my banking history using the search box in the banking app I'm very impressed with starting bank Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Metro Bank have always been highly dependable and secure. I receive regular paper statements and I use their very secure online banking service with many levels of extra security. I have never had any issues with Metro Bank and feel my savings are very safe and secure. I highly recommend Metro Bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Super Bank for savings. Very good service and my money secure and I get sent regular statements. Never had any problem with Metro Bank and they are fully certified so any savings up to £85000 are fully secure. Very good online banking experience also and very secure Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
