Impressive Customer Service opening the account

Was fed up with Barclays closing my business banking branch, so decided on Metro Bank for business bank account. Immediately I became aware the bank people representing the bank and the bank 'culture' was totally different - far more positively engaging and understanding of my business needs. Dedicating time and effort in getting to know me as a business person, really understanding my business, my business banking requirements, aims of the business etc. Really looking forward to a far more engaging and enjoyable relationship with my new bank, Metro Bank than my previous bank Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
