Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Finally a bank that works for my busy life!

We moved our business account from Barclays to Metro after i saw the prominent high street bank. I looked at the opening times, the presence of real people and the welcoming atmosphere when i entered the doors. the staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. A few months after i opened the account i was contacted by my business manager to see if they could help me. compare this to previous bank who when i visited in branch told me the nearerst business advisor was over a 45 minute drive away! Finally a company that when they say they offer great customer service, you really deliver.Not only are you talking the talk, but walking the walk too :) Cannot rate them high enough and looking to transfer all my other business accounts over to Metro as soon as I can.
