Always able to talk to someone who can answer any queries

I tried to open a new Business account with Lloyds, who I had other accounts with and with whom I had been a customer for 50 years. They refused and said they were not opening any new accounts at all due to lots of ongoing fraud ! I tried Metro Bank on my accountant's advice and they did everything I needed. Very happy with them. You can always speak to somewhen if needs be who can always answer your qwueries. Just wish there were a few more actual High Street branches Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
