I bought car insurance through YOGA insurance who I thought were the insurance company.They are a broker which you're not aware of as they send you a the documents. Only when you receive the documents do you see that Ageas are the actual insurance company but YOGA manage the policy. It's thoroughly confusing because you get different information from both parties. In over 30 yrs of motoring I've never had the problems I've had with them.

Don't touch them they don't know the meaning of transparency.
