So poor

Trying to set up a Community Current Account has been so painful. Nobody knows the process. I get told that all the documentation is on place and the account is ready to be opened, only to be told a few days later it isn't and I need to come in to a branch with more documentation. Having been assured that everything is in place I left the store to get called an hour later that more documentation is required. Terrible. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
