A lifeline at a difficult time in my life

I joined Cashplus when, financially, I was in a difficult position and I needed some support. Joining Cashplus was a lifeline as it offered a no judgement joining process with clear guidelines and options for someone who was struggling at the time to cope with their finances. There are very low fees and clear notification of any charges on the account. I am happy with a small overdraft facility which is clearly highlighted and controlled without onerous charges. I also appreciate the same day payment options and clear notifications. The verification process for payments makes me feel my money is secure and that the bank is taking security concerns seriously without making it more administratively heavy handed. Finally, I find that having the option of using the post office to pay in the occasional amount of cash is very useful. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
