Excellent bank that understands retail banking

Metro Bank understand retail banking. They offer their customers what the customer wants - they are open 7 days a week which is vital for shift workers, and they are open til late which is great when you work 9-5. Unlike other banks, they don't give you hassle about depositing money at a counter. Their app is good and easy to use. Their accounts offer good interest rates and flexible withdrawal options.
