Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Faith Restored!

Having been in business for many years, I have dealt with banks through recessions, austerity measures, lock down, and more recently the cost of living crisis. Every step of the way, my relationship with the bank has hit highs and lows with the economy, with little consideration for my businesses requirements. Up to know, changing banks has only resulted in short lived improvements, and I was slowly coming to terms with the fact that just how is was always going to be. That was until I had a conversation with the manager of my local Metro Bank, where I hold my personal accounts, where he offered to help with my future business banking, should I ever be considering changing banks in the future. It wasn't long after, and following 3 days of unsuccessfully trying to speak to someone at my old bank, that I booked an appointment with Metro. I decided then and there to move my accounts to Metro, and I haven't looked back. Their online banking is second to none, their cyber security is extremely effective, and the fact that we can speak at branch level to someone who understands what we are trying to achieve in our business, takes me back to the good old days of banking.
