Truly Appalling

The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. 1. They made a mistake on setting up the policy and ignored my e-mails, trying to correct it. 2. Having taken out a policy, I went on holiday, and came home to find a letter requiring me to send a copy of my driving licence and another one saying the policy was cancelled 72 hours before because I had not done so. I immediately called their "Customer Service" and offered to send immediately and was told the policy was cancelled and they refused to reinstate it. 3. I was promised call back from their Complaints Department - no call back. I am a doctor, and if I treated my patients like this I would be struck off. Run a mile from this truly awful company.
