They've been nothing but excellent.

I'm going to confess that I can be a demanding customer when it comes to problems. I had a complaint that turned out to be due to my own error. The advisors I spoke with were all professional despite my assuredness that i was right. I demanded fully itemized statements and a reason for the error. I knew there was enough in my account for what I was buying at checkout. Except I was wrong. I was buying a gift for a friend in the US. The site i was buying from didn't accept any Credit Cards outside of the US so I switched to Paypal and used the card via my paypal. I hadn't factored in PayPal fees or US Tax not being added. The staff were polite, and professional They accommodated every demand I made of them even if I was acting like a manbaby. It all got sorted and my friend got their gift later. The fault was mine and looking back their service was excellent. In their shoes, I wouldn't have put up with me but they were apologetic and made every effort to explain the confusion and didn't put blame on me despite the fault being mine..
