Appalling customer service

Whenever I go into my branch (Sheffield) for anything I am immediately directed to online banking. Staff refuse to assist in person, HSBC does not care about its customers any more. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Whenever I require further advice, help or guidance, Metro Bank staff are always willing to help, as opposed to other major banks, who automatically direct customers to online or telephone banking. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
