Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

Excellent service

Throughout my time banking, Metro bank has always had great service. The queues are short, the staff are friendly and super helpful. The app and website for online banking are pretty easy to use. The coin counting machine is great for quickly depositing loose change and also to help young people save money in the young savers accounts. They could maybe be slightly more pro-environmental in what they invest the money in, but that is the only reason that I don't give full stars, excellent in every other respect.
