METRO GIVES GOOD SERVICE, OPENING HOURS ARE EXCELLENT, AND BEING ABLE TO CALL IN AND SORT OUT PROBLEMS AND TO BE ISSUED WITH A REPLACEMENT CARD ON THE SPOT, OTHERBANKS SHOULD LEARN FROM THIS, ALWAYS POLITE TO CUSTOMERS WHOEVER YOU SPEAK TO NO MATTER WHICH BRANCH YOU GO TO OR WHO YOU SPEAK TO ON THE TELEPHONE. HAVING A DEDICATED MANAGER WHO YOU CAN ACTUALLY SPEAK TO AND WHO CALLS YOU BACK IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. BEST BANK I HAVE BEEN WITH FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
