Great bank when I took out account,now they are goin...

Great bank when I took out account,now they are going to charge for using my card in Europe . This is not what I signed up for. Very disappointed, moving my account to Natwest. Reviewed on: 28th August 2024

Banking for 21st century.

From the moment you walk into the branch you are made to feel welcome, and that the staff will do everything they can to help. If you have to phone, the wait time is much less than other banks I can mention. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
