Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

No hassle

First time of using Metro Bank was when I opened an account for my daughter, who's was 11. At the time opened a junior current account and a savers account, which was set up by the friendly and helpful staff within the hour included card printed. Daughter loves the online banking as very easy to use and navigate. 6 months later I transfered all my accounts from another high Street bank as I was having nothing but trouble. Metro Bank organised the whole transfer with all the D D and payments without any hassle, Nipped I to store, card was printed and within half hour of getting card went shopping with my daughter. Overall, friendly staff, clean and inviting and was made to feel very welcome in the overall experience in branch. Well done team Reviewed on: 12th March 2023
