Exceptional customer service in store & over the phone!

Until I banked with Metro Bank, I never knew what good really looked like. When I opened my current account & savings in store the customer service experience was exceptional, and they printed my bank card there and then! I had an issue with my card one late evening - the customer help line rang a few times and someone answered straight away. They dealt with my card being blocked due to potential fraud easily, so I could use it within minutes. This bank is above and beyond the well known hight street banks & those that are just on line.
