Absolutely disgusting company. Took money out of my pensioner fathers bank account for my dead mothers policy as apparently it was on auto renew. Been trying for a month to get it back and just keep getting told different things. Was told a week ago the refund was issued and would be with us within 3-5 days but it’s not and today when I have chased it up I have been told they are issuing a cheque which can take 4 weeks. Disgusting company
