I am a senior citizen and had never invested funds via in this manner so initially was very apprehensive but I didn't need to be, the staff at Raisin are so helpful and reassuring. Account access is easy and term progress of investments is made very clear. My first investment 1 year ago is due to mature in March and I have been given plenty of notice in which to decide whether or not I want to reinvest the funds ... in this case reinvestment. I regularly receive emails keeping me up to date to date, whether it be my investments or new savings rates available.
