Have been a starling bank customer for several years now including for personal , business banking and child kite accounts. All services are straight forward simple to use and fit for purpose. On the rare occasions I need support chat function is quick and useful. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Quick, painless and transparent

After trawling the web and looking at lots of complicated formats stumbled across updraft. Quick, easy and painless with good interface and communication. Interest rate a little higher but no charges for early repayment means I can know years off my loan if I want to ! Reviewed on: 14th March 2023
