Above and beyond

Metro Bank have exceeded my expectations when it comes to banking - they have gone above and beyond any other bank to ensure that customer service is their number one priority. I always feel extremely valued by Metro Bank staff whether I go into a branch, or call the head office. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff at Metro Bank, and any requests I have are actioned immediately. I cannot recommend Metro Bank highly enough; I've in fact switched all of my banking over to them following the incredible experience! Reviewed on: 14th March 2023
