Best online & offline customer service, we ever had!

My name is Askar Bulegenov and I am a founder at two fast growing grocery delivery startups, Grocemania Limited and Nippy Groceries limited. Throughout our journey over the past 5 years, we have banked with all possible banks starting from Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest to Revolut, Monese, Monzo etc... But never ever have we received such a responsive, customer friendly and quick service with every issue that may arise for the business, as we do now with Metro. Grocemania is now nationwide service, with over 600 shareholders and multiple directors on BOD and every time someone new is added, one of our Metro managers sends an email directly to me, to confirm new officer in order to stay fully transparent and inline with Companies House. We have raised over £500,000 in total funding and the team in Kingston branch was quick on receiving the funds and helping us to mark and track it correctly, they even gave us an advice on best accountancy firms in London. Our HQ is based in Kingston and I would love to personally say a huge thank you to the whole team there and especially business team members like: Yasmin, Isa and Jamie - who has helped us with every query we had in a polite and responsive manner. I visit the branch on a weekly basis to sort out different questions and never in my life, I have left the branch without progress, either they sort it out straight on the spot or they email a HQ team so the query can be solved faster (also, they always explains to us what needs to be done). Seperate thanks to Jamie, who helped my girlfriend to open her first business account in life and save me a lot of time!
