Very good customer service!

Have been with Admiral for a number of years and always received excellent customer service both at renewal and with other matters. Had one slightly negative experience recently which was so unusual for Admiral that I reported it. I was contacted and reassured that it would be deslt with by providing further training for the individual concerned and also received a one off goodwill compensation gesture of a small cashback amount. Joined early and have never been tempted to leave!

Joined early and have never been tempted to leave due to their fantastic customer service i.e. good products, great interst rates & cashback opportunities and their communication with customers i.e. surveys to assess customer interests, preferences etc. Love the app too, very user friendly! Multi-car insurance at an afforfable price

Have been with Admiral for over 10 years. Every year I do a quote comparison and when I call Admiral after getting their reneeal quote, they always beat the market. Very pleased with the service including short waiting times when calling them. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
