they have stolen my money

I have a current account with the Halifax and deposited some cash so I could pay a large bill. Found out Friday 11th May that they have frozen my account and now I have no access to my money. I can't pay any bills, and I can't pay my insurance for my business so now I can't run my fleet of 9 vehicles. They will not tell me why they have frozen the account except to say its a processing error. They can't tell me when I will be able to have access to my own money. It feels like they have stolen my whole life. This is causing me terrible stress and my business that has taken 7 years to build could now be in tatters. I have a fleet or party buses, wedding cars, and two wheelchair accessible vehicles all needing insurance and I can't pay because the Halifax will not give me my money. I will open an account with another bank asap but in the meantime I would strongly advise everyone not to deal with them. Reviewed on: 15th May 2018
