Great customer service

Have banked with Chase for around 18 months now and have found their service and customer focus to be truly excellent - a breath of fresh air after poor recent experiences with other banks. Phones and messaging answered promptly and competently, and queries resolved. Account also competitive, providing 1% interest, cashback and roundup interest. Only two issues: switching a problem at outset as they didn’t belong to the switching service at the time (former bank seemed unable to transfer my account as a result), and account activity not picked up by credit rating agencies. Hopefully this will be resolved as their UK presence becomes more established - they’re open to feedback so I’m confident that customers like me will be listened to and adjustments made. Best banking experience for 30 years!

Everything works well and efficiently. The app does all it should - and I like the extra touches, the notifications when money goes in and out, and the ability to save and round up purchases. The customer service is a delight: available 24/7, no long waits and informed staff who can genuinely be of help. Best experience I’ve had since first direct entered the market in the early 1990s.
