They have pulled in investments into my trading account from accounts held elsewhere from my father's deceased estate. This has made the process of being in control of the investments more straightforward with the ability to change where the money is invested at a sensible charge. Their research tool is very comprehensive.

Since having had an account with Chase I have dealt with my father's estate and they have taken great care with the transactions that have been made. They have always checked big transactions and dealt with questions quickly. The app allows you to get to a human quickly who is knowledgeable and will sort out your query. When there has been need for a longer review they have been proactive to contact me to say where they were up to and what was going to happen next. All this and cashback and rounding up make Chase very easy to use even to a 65 year old.
