Chase are one of the few if any of the mainstream banks that do not delay in passing on benefits to customers - within hours of an interest rate changes they announce changes affecting customer accounts - great service great banking experience - well overdue for customers - remember its our money you use to make your bank work and I believe that Chase do believe that and value customers accordingly Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
